  The Senate met in regular session at 1:14 p.m., President Kramer
  presiding.

  The Journal of Thursday, February 24, 2000, was approved.

  CORRECTION:  SJ 409 and 410.  The four committee reports for TRANSPORTATION,
  under "Final Vote":  Should read Ayes, 11.  The names Fink and Fraise should
  be listed
  as "Absent or not voting."
