1 1 Section 1. GENERAL APPROPRIATION. Notwithstanding the
1 2 amount of the standing appropriation from the general fund of
1 3 the state under section 455A.18, subsection 3, there is
1 4 appropriated from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund to the
1 5 Iowa resources enhancement and protection fund, in lieu of the
1 6 appropriation made in section 455A.18, for the fiscal year
1 7 beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, the
1 8 following amount, to be allocated as provided in section
1 9 455A.19, notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
1 10 "c":

1 12 EXPLANATION
1 13 This bill appropriates funds from the rebuild Iowa
1 14 infrastructure fund to the Iowa resources enhancement and
1 15 protection fund in lieu of the standing appropriation from the
1 16 general fund of the state in Code section 455A.18.
