  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 13 through 16 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  Any confidential information
  1  5 described in subsection 1 that is available to the
  1  6 individual receiving services or assistance shall be
  1  7 disclosed to that individual's court-appointed legal
  1  8 guardian."
