  1  3 inserting the following:  "vehicle with any lamp or
  1  4 device displaying a red light or red and blue lights,
  1  5 or an authorized emergency vehicle of a fire
  1  6 department displaying a blue light, or when the driver
  1  7 is giving audible signal by".
