Senate Concurrent Resolution 114 On motion of Senator Bartz, Senate Concurrent Resolution 114, a concurrent resolution requesting that the legislative council establish an interim study committee to consider increasing the percent of oxygen by weight in motor vehicle fuel, was taken up for consideration. Senator Bartz offered amendment S-5509, filed by him on April 6, 1998, to pages 1 and 2 of the resolution, and moved its adoption. Amendment S-5509 was adopted by a voice vote.
