  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 8, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "deficiencies." the following:  "In allocating program
  1  5 funds, the school budget review committee shall give
  1  6 additional consideration to school districts which
  1  7 have made a significant financial commitment toward
  1  8 addressing fire and personal safety defects within the
  1  9 five-year period preceding application for program
  1 10 grants."
