  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5568, to House File 2282, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 8, line 50, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "deficiencies." the following:  "In allocating program
  1  6 funds, the school budget review committee shall give
  1  7 additional consideration to school districts which
  1  8 have made a significant financial commitment toward
  1  9 addressing fire and personal safety defects within the
  1 10 five-year period preceding application for program
  1 11 grants."
