1 5 #2. Page 3, line 9, by inserting after the word
1 6 "center" the following: ", and which shall include an
1 7 amount for delinquent child support not to exceed
1 8 fifty percent of gross earnings".
1 9 #3. Page 3, by inserting after line 9 the
1 10 following:
1 11 "(5) Restitution as ordered by the court under
1 12 chapter 910."
1 13 #4. Page 3, line 10, by striking the figure "(5)"
1 14 and inserting the following: "(6)".
1 15 #5. Page 3, line 11, by striking the figure "(4)"
1 16 and inserting the following: "(5)".
1 17 #6. Page 3, line 13, by inserting after the word
1 18 "incarceration." the following: "However, effective
1 19 July 1, 1999, any balance remaining shall be deposited
1 20 in the general fund of the state."
