Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) (Current & Archive) - Composite of all adopted administrative rules organized by publication date and agency (Official - PDF format and Unofficial - PDF and RTF formats).
Iowa Administrative Bulletin (IAB) and IAC Supplement (Current & Archive) - Biweekly publication of all proposed and adopted changes to administrative rules and biweekly compilation of replacement IAC chapters (Official Version - PDF format).

Uniform Rules on Agency Procedure (historical) - The previous version of the Uniform Rules on Agency Procedure, which included procedures for Petitions for Rulemaking, Declaratory Orders, Agency Procedure for Rulemaking, Fair Information Practices, and Contested Cases. This version became largely obsolete July 1, 2026, pursuant to 2026 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2463. See 7—Chapters 2500 through 2506 for the current uniform rules.

Request Certified Copy of Iowa Administrative Code - Iowa Code §2B.18 authorizes the Iowa Administrative Code Editor to certify IAC provisions, for admission in a court of law or governmental office outside Iowa, by attesting to and authenticating such provisions appeared in the IAC as of a certain date.
