*Please describe the specific provision or provisions you seek to have certified for admission in a court of law or submission to a governmental office.
[Each agency in the IAC has been assigned an agency ID number. Under each agency ID number are chapters of rules. For example: the Department of Transportation is under agency ID 761. The chapter of rules governing commercial driver licensing is chapter 607, cited as 761 IAC 607. The rule governing a commercial learner’s permit is rule 607.20, cited as 761 IAC 607.20. The first subrule of 607.20 would be cited as 761 IAC 607.20(1). If you are unsure which specific rules you are looking for, instead describe what you are looking for in detail.]
*Please indicate the date or dates for which you wish to have the provision certified.
[For example: In the case of rules setting standards for the construction of a building, this would be the rules for the building, electrical, fire, or other applicable code at the time the building was constructed or the current code. In the case of law pertaining to professional licensure or certification this may be either current rules or the rules at the time the license or certification was obtained--please check with the federal, state, or local agency from which you are seeking reciprocity to be certain.]
*Please indicate how soon you need this certification.
Your request will be submitted to the Iowa Administrative Code Editor for research and certification. The Administrative Code Editor may need to contact you to clarify issues relating to your request. A $15 dollar charge, payable in advance, applies to each request for certification. No sales tax is payable.
