The IAB (published biweekly) is the official notice of all proposed and adopted changes to the rules in the Iowa Administrative Code (IAC); documents that pertain to the business of the Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC); Executive Orders; and other documents as prescribed by statute. The IAC Supplement (published biweekly) contains replacement chapters incorporating amendments to rules in the IAC. Official editions of the IAB and IAC Supplement begin on 07/02/2008.

Beginning with the July 10, 2024, issue of the Iowa Administrative Bulletin and Iowa Administrative Code Supplement, the Legislative Services Agency is transitioning to new document processing software for these publications. Nonsubstantive changes to the style and format of these publications can be expected as a result of this transition. While the software has been tested extensively, errors resulting from this transition may still occur.
