ADOPTION OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 109

Jager of Black Hawk called up for consideration House Resolution
109, a resolution honoring Masons and Masonic bodies in the State of
Iowa for their continued outstanding philanthropic efforts across our
entire state, and moved its adoption.

The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.

On motion by Rants of Woodbury, the House was recessed at 1:25

5 residency as required, the arresting state

9 military person has filed a state income tax return or

10 has income withheld for income tax purposes. If the
11 military person's claim of residency is established,
12 the citation shall be rescinded."

COMMITTEE ON HUMAN RESOURCES

Committee Bill (Formerly House File 2176), authorizing the juvenile court, when
specified conditions are met, to enter an ex parte order to perform a medically relevant
test to determine whether an illegal drug is present in a child's body.
