  1  1    Section 1.  There is appropriated from the general fund of
  1  2 the state to the college student aid commission for the fiscal
  1  3 year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001, the
  1  4 following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to
  1  5 be used for the purposes designated:
  1  6    For providing national guard tuition aid under the program
  1  7 established in section 261.86:  
  1  8 .................................................. $  1,250,000
  1  9                           EXPLANATION
  1 10    This bill appropriates moneys from the general fund of the
  1 11 state to the college student aid commission for the national
  1 12 guard tuition aid program for fiscal year 2000-2001.
