  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 3 through 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "b.  The chairperson or ranking member of the
  1  5 standing committee on human resources of the senate or
  1  6 of the house of representatives or an employee of the
  1  7 general assembly designated by such a chairperson or
  1  8 ranking member.
  1  9    c.  A cochairperson or ranking member of the
  1 10 general assembly's joint appropriations subcommittee
  1 11 on human services or an employee of the general
  1 12 assembly designated by such a cochairperson or ranking
  1 13 member."
