Process Improvement Office

The Process Improvement Office is located on the third floor of the Miller Building and performs the following functions:

  • Coordinates internal and external process improvement and aligns agency and workgroup priorities and projects.
  • Designs and implements strategies to improve the products, processes, and services of the LSA.
  • Promotes staff development through training opportunities.
