IMMEDIATE MESSAGE Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent that House Concurrent Resolution 6 be immediately messaged to the Senate. RULES SUSPENDED Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent to suspend the rules for the consideration of three bills - relating to allowable growth, on-time funding and budget guarantee, by the committee on education upon recess. On motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House was recessed at 8:58 a.m., until 1:00 p.m. AFTERNOON SESSION The House reconvened at 1:08 p.m., Speaker Corbett in the chair.
