Corbett in the chair.
Prayer was offered by Dr. Gary Rosberg of Cross Trainers 
Ministries, West Des Moines.
The Journal of January 25, 1999 was approved.

reimbursement from responsible parties for expenses incurred by

to coaching endorsement and authorization requirements.

IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
that House Concurrent Resolution 6 be immediately messaged to 
the Senate.
RULES SUSPENDED
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
to suspend the rules for the consideration of three bills - relating to 
allowable growth, on-time funding and budget guarantee, by the 
committee on education upon recess.
On motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House was recessed at 
8:58 a.m., until 1:00 p.m.
