1 2 By Siegrist and Schrader
1 3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
1 4 SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
1 5 houses of the 1999 session of the Seventy-eighth
1 6 General Assembly be held on Thursday, January 28, 1999,
1 7 at 10:00 a.m.; and
1 8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Governor Thomas J. Vilsack
1 9 be invited to deliver his budget message at this joint
1 10 convention of the two houses of the General Assembly, and
1 11 that the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the
1 12 President of the Senate be designated to extend the
1 13 invitation to him.
