SSB 2044 Judiciary Relating to statutory corrections which may adjust language to reflect current practices, insert earlier omissions, delete redundancies and inaccuracies, delete temporary language, resolve inconsistencies and conflicts, update ongoing provisions, or remove ambiguities, and providing effective and retroactive applicability dates. SSB 2045 Judiciary An Act to permit out-of-state peace officers to act within this state pursuant to agreements between state or local authorities.
