  1  5 PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER TO
  1  6    THE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY COUNCIL.

  1  8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

  1 10    Section 1.  Section 217.11, Code 1997, is amended by adding
  1 11 the following new subsection:
  1 12    NEW SUBSECTION.  9A.  The director of the department of
  1 13 workforce development or the director's designee.
