         House File 2427, a bill for  an act relating to mental health,
    mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and other services paid
    for in whole or in part by counties or the state, and including an
    applicability provision and an effective date.

         ALSO: That the House has on April 11, 1996, passed the following
    bill in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked:

         House File 2494, a bill for  an act authorizing counties to impose
    additional civil court fees for use for county courthouse libraries and
    providing an effective date.

         This bill was read first time and passed on file.
