  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5700, to House File 2421, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 20 through 27 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "the funds pursuant to
  1  6 section 313.4."
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting before line 28 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "Of the appropriation in this paragraph, each
  1 10 member of the general assembly shall be allocated
  1 11 $1,617,000 to be designated for construction of a
  1 12 primary highway or other transportation-related
  1 13 project in the member's legislative district."
