  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 4 through 7 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "a.  If the owner is an individual, the designated
  1  6 person includes the owner of the tract or a person
  1  7 related to the owner as, the owner's spouse, parent,
  1  8 grandparent, the owner's child, grandchild, or
  1  9 stepchild, and their spouses, or the owner's relative
  1 10 within the third degree of consanguinity, and the
  1 11 relative's spouse."
