  PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

  The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
  Senate gallery:

  Forty-four fifth grade students from North Cedar Elementary
  School in Lowden, Iowa, accompanied by Gail Freeman and Dean
  Behrens.  Senator Fiegen's daughter, Theresa, is a student in this
  class.  Senator Fiegen.

  MOTION TO RECONSIDER FILED

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  I move to reconsider the vote by which the amendment
  S-3343 to Senate File 514 passed the Senate on April 11, 2001.
