  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 16 and 17, by striking the words
  1  4 "who has not suffered bodily harm".
  1  5    #2.  Page 8, line 8, by striking the words "who has
  1  6 not suffered bodily harm".
  1  7    #3.  Page 8, by striking lines 15 through 17, and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "released custody of a
  1  9 newborn infant shall not be prosecuted for a violation
  1 10 of subsection 1, paragraph "f", relating to
  1 11 abandonment."
