  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "physicians," the following:  "the Iowa chapter of the
  1  5 American academy of pediatrics,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 5, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "association," the following:  "the Iowa psychiatric
  1  8 society, the Iowa chapter of the national association
  1  9 of social workers,".
  1 10    #3.  Page 6, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "director;" the following:  "the dean of Des Moines
  1 12 university–osteopathic medical center, or a
  1 13 representative designated by the dean;".
  1 14    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 15 and correcting internal references as necessary.
