  1  1    Amend House File 687, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 26, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  The state board of regents shall establish
  1  6 terms and conditions for service contracts executed by
  1  7 institutions governed by the state board of regents."
  1  8    #2.  Page 5, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "chapter." the following:  "However, the state board
  1 10 of regents shall oversee and implement the provisions
  1 11 of this chapter for institutions governed under
  1 12 chapter 262."
