  Senator Angelo offered amendment S-3206 filed by him on
  March 31, 1999, to pages 1, 2 and 16 of the bill and moved its
  adoption.

  Amendment S-3206 was adopted by a voice vote.

  The Senate stood at ease at 4:55 p.m. until the fall of the gavel.

  The Senate resumed session at 5:50 p.m., President Kramer
  presiding.
