  1  4 RELATED TO ACTIVITIES OF BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENTS THAT ARE
  1  5    EXEMPT FROM STATE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  8 
  1  9    Section 1.  Section 811.12, subsection 2, Code 1999, is
  1 10 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1 11    NEW PARAGRAPH.  d.  The person is a bail enforcement agent
  1 12 exempt from licensing requirements pursuant to section 80A.2,
  1 13 subsection 3.
