House File 205, by Carroll, a bill for an act concerning persons 
serving as locally elected governmental officials and the removal of 
certain retirement disincentives to such service.

driving a vehicle and providing a penalty.

House File 207, by Carroll, a bill for an act relating to the 
exclusion of certain transfers from real estate disclosure 
requirements.

regulation.

Davis, a bill for an act establishing a southern Iowa development and 
conservation authority, specifying membership, powers, and duties,
