  Final Bill Action:  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 114 (SSB 2216), a
  concurrent resolution requesting that the legislative council establish an
  interim study
  committee to consider increasing the percent of oxygen by weight in motor
  vehicle fuel.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

  Final Vote: Ayes, 14:  Bartz, Angelo, Fink, Black, Borlaug, Dearden,
  Deluhery,
  Freeman, Gaskill, Hedge, Judge, McKibben, Rehberg, and Zieman.  Nays, none.
  Absent or not voting, 1:  Dvorsky.
