  1  1    Amend House File 2539, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 32, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "If an employee of the division is terminated,
  1  6 transferred, or retired from the division, the FTE
  1  7 authorized for the employee shall be eliminated and
  1  8 the employee shall not be replaced.  However, any
  1  9 moneys saved from not hiring an employee otherwise
  1 10 authorized by this subsection may be used by the
  1 11 division to contract with a private entity for the
  1 12 purpose of providing capitol security."
