  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "land." the following:  "However, this presumption
  1  5 shall not pertain to recoveries sought under a surety
  1  6 bond."
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, line 13, by striking the words "the
  1  8 principal contractor" and inserting the following:
  1  9 "the owner and the principal contractor".
