  Dvorsky,
  Freeman, Halvorson, Hammond, Harper, Hedge, Horn, Jensen, Lundby, Maddox,
  McCoy, Neuhauser, Rehberg, Rensink, Rife, Rittmer, Tinsman, and Vilsack.
  Nays,
  none.  Absent or not voting, 1:  Black.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
  nonsubstantive
  changes to the members of the Appropriations Committee on Senate File 2417,
  and
  they were attached to the committee report.

  NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

  Final Bill Action:  *SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 112, a concurrent
  resolution expressing support of conservation efforts in the Mississippi
  Blufflands.

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 14:  Bartz, Angelo, Fink, Black, Borlaug, Dearden,
  Deluhery,
  Freeman, Gaskill, Hedge, Judge, McKibben, Rehberg, and Zieman.  Nays, none.
  Absent or not voting, 1:  Dvorsky.

  the
  protection of the Loess Hills areas of this state.
