FORTY-FIFTH CALENDAR DAY TWENTY-SEVENTH SESSION DAY Senate Chamber Des Moines, Iowa, Wednesday, February 21, 2001 The Senate met in regular session at 9:00 a.m., President Pro Tempore McKean presiding. Prayer was offered by John Feller, Doorman for the House of Representatives from Des Moines, Iowa, guest of Senator McKibben. Mr. Feller sang "The Lords Prayer."
