  Representatives from Des Moines, Iowa, guest of Senator McKibben.
  Mr. Feller sang "The Lords Prayer."

  The Journal of Tuesday, February 20, 2001, was approved.

  On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate adjourned at 9:07 a.m.
