  1  1    Section 1.  The amendment to 571 Iowa administrative code,
  1  2 rule 76.1, subrule 2, as appearing in ARC 0099B, as published
  1  3 in the Iowa administrative bulletin, volume XXIII, number 5,
  1  4 dated September 6, 2000, p. 478, is nullified.
  1  5    Sec. 2.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This joint resolution, being
  1  6 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment.  
  1  7                           EXPLANATION
  1  8    This joint resolution nullifies an amendment to an
  1  9 administrative rule of the department of natural resources
  1 10 which strikes reptiles from a list of unprotected nongame
  1 11 wildlife.
  1 12    This joint resolution takes effect upon enactment.
