House File 644 The Senate resumed consideration of House File 644, a bill for an act relating to the relationship between a real estate broker or salesperson and parties to certain real estate transactions and providing an effective date, deferred April 14, 1997. Senator Vilsack offered amendment S-3512 filed by him on April 14, 1997, to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.
