  1  1    Amend House File 644, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "d.  The board shall adopt rules establishing the
  1  6 form and contents of the written disclosure required
  1  7 under this subsection.  The written disclosure shall
  1  8 include a statement indicating that the licensee
  1  9 should have made the disclosure identifying the party
  1 10 the licensee represents in the transaction, as
  1 11 required under subsection 1, at the time the licensee
  1 12 provided specific assistance to the client."
