Miss Iowa, Lisa Dondlinger, formally of Des Moines and now 
residing in the Quad Cities, was introduced in the House Chamber.  
She was the guest of Representative Grundberg of Polk and Senator 
Tinsman of Scott.  She spoke in regard to presenting a positive future 
for American youth and to encourage the arts in our communities.
