1 1 Section 1. Section 481A.38, Code 1999, is amended by
1 2 adding the following new subsection:
1 3 NEW SUBSECTION. 4. The commission shall not adopt a rule
1 4 which restricts a person who has been issued an early
1 5 muzzleloader season license for deer from eligibility to
1 6 purchase a deer hunting license for any other gun season.
1 7 EXPLANATION
1 8 This bill prohibits the natural resource commission from
1 9 restricting a person who has been issued an early muzzleloader
1 10 season license for deer from eligibility to purchase a deer
1 11 hunting license for any other gun season.
