                                 HUMAN RESOURCES

         Pursuant to Senate Rule 59, the committee on Human Resources
    assigned to investigate the following Governors appointments and
    reappointments, completed its investigations on April 3, 1996, and
    recommended the appointees be confirmed:

         Rebecca S. Beach as a member of the Board of Behavioral Science
    Examiners.

         Loren J. Woods as a member of the Commission on the Deaf.

         Shawn E. Mullen as a member of the Commission on the Status of
    Women.

         Scott M. Harrison as a member of the Community Health Management
    Information System Governing Board.

         Dr. Marilee Fredericks as a member of the Mental Health and
    Developmental Disabilities Commission.
