  1  1    Amend Senate File 2464 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, line 9, by striking the word "The"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "Except for a
  1  4 municipality with a population under fifteen thousand,
  1  5 the".
  1  6    #2.  Page 13, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "project." the following:  "A municipality with a
  1  8 population under fifteen thousand may, with the
  1  9 approval of the governing bodies of all other affected
  1 10 taxing districts, extend the division of revenue under
  1 11 section 403.19 for up to five years if necessary to
  1 12 adequately fund the project."
