  1  1    Amend Senate File 2464 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 12, line 1, by striking the word "The"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "For a municipality with
  1  4 a population over fifteen thousand, the".
  1  5    #2.  Page 12, by inserting after line 15 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "For a municipality with a population of fifteen
  1  8 thousand or less, the amount to be provided for low
  1  9 and moderate income family housing either shall be the
  1 10 same as for a municipality with a population over
  1 11 fifteen thousand or shall not be less than an amount
  1 12 equal to ten percent of the original project cost."
