Past International President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, a Past District Governor of International Lions in Iowa, and a member of the Elks, Knights of Pythias, Moose, I. O. O. F. and Woodmen of the World. Served in the 49th, 50thf 50th Extra, 51st, 52nd, 52nd Extra, 53rd and 54th General Assemblies.
