  S-3382 was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point not well-taken and amendment S-3382
  in order.

  Senator Connolly moved the adoption of amendment S-3382.

  withdraw the following motion to reconsider filed by him from the

  to Senate File 528 failed to be adopted by the Senate on April 18, 2001.
