  1  1    Amend Senate File 528 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  PUBLIC TRANSIT ASSISTANCE APPROPRIATION
  1  5 – INNOCENT LANDOWNERS FUND.  Notwithstanding the
  1  6 limited use of moneys in the innocent landowners fund,
  1  7 there is appropriated from the innocent landowners
  1  8 fund created in section 455G.21 to the state
  1  9 department of transportation for the fiscal year
  1 10 beginning July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, the
  1 11 following amount for purposes of public transit
  1 12 assistance under chapter 324A:  
  1 13 .................................................. $    660,000"
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering, redesignating, and correcting
  1 15 internal references as necessary.
