infrastructure-related appropriations to the state department of transportation, including allocation and use of moneys from the general fund of the state, road use tax fund, and primary road fund, providing for the nonreversion of certain moneys, and discontinuing driver's license renewal by mail, previously deferred. Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3388, filed by him from the floor to page 1 of the bill, and moved its adoption. A record roll call was requested. On the question "Shall amendment S-3388 be adopted?" (S.F. 528), the vote was: Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
