  Senator Tinsman offered amendment S-3437 filed by Senators
  Tinsman and Kramer from the floor, to pages 22 and 69 of the bill
  and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3437 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator McLaren offered amendment S-3438 filed by him from the
  floor, to pages 56 and 70 of the bill and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3438 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Hammond asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-3432 filed by Senators Hammond and
  Bolkcom from the floor to pages 66 and 67 of the bill.

  President Kramer took the chair at 9:01 p.m.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3433 filed by Senators
  Hammond and Bolkcom from the floor, to pages 66 and 67 of the bill.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3436 filed by her from
  the floor, to amendment S-3433 and moved its adoption.

  A non-record roll call was requested.

  The ayes were 22, nays 26.

  Amendment S-3436 lost.

  Senator Hammond moved adoption of amendment S-3433.
