  Amendment S-3428 lost.

  Senator Tinsman filed the following motion to reconsider from the
  floor and moved its adoption:

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment S-3391
  to House File 760 was adopted by the Senate on April 19, 1999.

  The motion prevailed by a voice vote and amendment S-3391 by
  the committee on Appropriations to pages 6, 12, 14, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24,
  31, 39, 40, 42, 44, 45, 49-51, 55, 58, 60, 61, 66 and 70 was taken up
  for reconsideration.

  Senator Tinsman called for a division of amendment S-3391:
  page 1, lines 3-37, 43-50 and pages 2 and 3 as division S-3391A;
  page 1, lines 38-42 as division S-3391B.

  Senator Tinsman moved adoption of division S-3391A, which
  motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Tinsman asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw division S-3391B.

  Senator Tinsman offered amendment S-3429 filed by her from the
  floor, to pages 21-24, 26, 29, 34, 57-60, 62, 67, 69 and 70 of the bill
  and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3429 was adopted by a voice vote.

  With the adoption of amendment S-3429, the Chair ruled
  amendment S-3431, filed by Senators Tinsman and Kramer from the
  floor, to pages 22 and 69 of the bill, out of order.
