  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3433 to House File 760, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 43, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "moneys" the following:  "on comprehensive tobacco
  1  6 control programs intended to reduce access to and
  1  7 consumption of tobacco products, including but not
  1  8 limited to enhancement of enforcement efforts to
  1  9 identify and prosecute violations of laws prohibiting
  1 10 retail sales to youth".
