H.S.B. 10   Commerce and Regulation
Relating to the classification of funding agreements issued by a life 
insurance company for purposes of the prioritization of claims against 
the assets of an insurer subject to supervision, rehabilitation, and 
liquidation, and including an effective date and a retroactive 
applicability provision.
H.S.B. 11   Commerce and Regulation
Relating to transfers of structured settlement payment rights for tort 
and workers' compensation claims and providing an effective date.
On motion by Gipp of Winneshiek the House adjourned at 9:34 
a.m., until 8:45 a.m., Thursday, January 21, 1999.
